Cultivating fine skill set in our students to become agripreneurs, the department has excellent infrastructure and exhibit various laboratories including the Bio-chemistry, Micro-Biology, Biology, Soil-Science and Student farm. At the student farm we have implement unit, vermin compost unit, floriculture and landscape garden and agronomy field where students do all the activities by themselves with the help of field staff to unearth agronomical aspects, raise food crops with modern techniques.

The bachelor’s degree in B.Sc. Duration

Eligibility Criteria
All those candidates who have passed the 10+2 Science Stream (Non-Medical and Medical) in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics from a recognized University/ Board/ Council are eligible for admission in B.Sc. Agriculture Course.
Admission Process
Amritsar Group of Colleges (AGC) possesses its own Scholarship cum Entrance Exam i.e. AGC NEST to initiate its admission process. Through this test, the students get an opportunity to earn up to 1.5 Lac off on the total academic fee.
